Planning My Future: Exploring Paths with and without H1B

🗺️ I created this flowchart to map out the different scenarios that could unfold depending on whether my H1B visa comes through. This exercise has been crucial in helping me stay positive and proactive about my future career path in the U.S.

🔍 Exploring Options:

• Path A: If H1B is approved, I'd explore opportunities to grow within my current role and contribute more significantly to my team, make some life decisions about where I want to live and such.
• Path B: If H1B is not approved, I planned steps to pivot towards other visa options (O-1), enroll into a Day-1 CPT program or explore opportunities in other countries where my skills are in demand.

📈 Staying Sane and Positive: Visualizing these paths was incredibly empowering. It's not just about preparing for the worst-case scenario but also about recognizing the opportunities that each path presents for growth and new experiences.
